As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
3. Understand clients’ business needs and objectives, and provide tailored IT solutions to meet those needs.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in the IT industry.
2. Strong understanding of technology solutions and services.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
5. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
