Our client is a well-established company in Manchester and they are currently seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic role for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Previous admin experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities as an Administration Assistant: Provide excellent customer service via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions. Multitask effectively, handling filing, data entry, document management, and office support. Use Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reports, and commission calculations. Manage emails professionally and efficiently. Assist with staff commission tracking and ensure payment accuracy. Answer phone calls and resolve customer queries in a friendly, professional manner. Use DocuSign (or similar) for digital document management. Provide administrative support across different departments. Skills as an Administration Assistant: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis). Strong written communication skills. Previous admin experience in a fast-paced environment preferred. Ability to prioritise tasks and multitask effectively. Customer service experience (phone & email). Familiarity with DocuSign or similar platforms is a plus. A can-do attitude with a proactive approach to work.
