Looking for a talented, creative, resourceful and open minded person to join our growing London office based in East London. Exciting career prospect as a result of a fast growing business.
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with client management experience in the design retail industry well and excelling organisational skills. Capable of managing different projects at the same time in a fast pace environment. Managing from large scale WW productions to one-off bespoke installations.
A highly organised and detail-oriented manager to join our design production studio. The candidate will be responsible for leading projects beginning to end and guaranteeing the successful delivery as well as continuous relationship with clients. Managing multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a technical design and production background to support on the understanding and development of all projects. Extraordinary soft skills and effective communicator to manage clients and internal/external teams. Experience using CAD and Adobe Suite. This position is great for someone who wants to get into account/project management with a background in CAD or design.
Languages: English and Spanish are Mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Knowledge of fabrication in general, and material understanding.
• Organise teams internally and externally for successful project deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and progress reports.
• Facilitate communication between project team members, suppliers, and clients.
• Nurture and foster Client relationships.
• Manage budgets, timelines and deliverables.
• Correct human resource management for sustainable and affordable projects.
• High performance under pressure.
• Knowledge of fabrication in general, and material understanding.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
• Manage production schedules and ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
• Travelling involved for meetings and set ups.
• Attend set ups
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, industrial design, product design, architecture).
• Business oriented and client focus
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Suite.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
