KWL are recruiting for Repair Planners to work on the Repairs & Maintenance team.
This role offers an opportunity to join KWL and become a part of a well-established responsive administration team.
The role will be reporting directly to the Admin Team Leader and the Operational Administration Manager.
The position commands all the benefits of a well-established 50-million-pound turnover organisation.

Main Responsibilities
1. To support senior colleagues by scheduling and planning the work for a multi-disciplined responsive repairs team, including joiners, plumbers, multi-trade, roofers, plasterers, electricians, groundworkers and sub-contractors.
2. To proactively ensure the workforce are fully utilised at all times, determining the most effective ways to maximise productivity whilst maintaining a high performing customer focused service.
3. To actively monitor outputs against key performance indicators and proactively implement solutions to deliver the business needs.
4. Move labour to match demands and proactively reorganise resource to accommodate unexpected variances.
Candidate Requirements
Only highly motivated and reliable individuals should apply with a genuine passion for delivering an excellent customer service to our clients and customers and will have:
1. Significant experience of planning and scheduling multi-trade works.
2. Previous experience of prioritising and coordinating multi-skilled teams.
3. The ability to work under pressure and the ability to work autonomously.
4. An excellent eye for detail including actioning notes and ensuring materials are available.
5. Excellent coordinating and resource management skills.
6. An understanding of Key Performance Indicators.
7. Excellent organisation and communication skills.
Package Description
1. Salary – £25,990 per annum
2. Holiday entitlement 23 days per annum + bank holidays, rising to 26 days after 5 years
