We are hiring for a Facilities & Maintenance Manager at OI Andor. With modern facilities to be proud of, our Belfast site is facing a number of exciting challenges due to growth which will require projects and investment in the current building including better utilisation of our current workspace.
The Facilities & Maintenance Manager will manage all Belfast site services including, but not limited to site security, cleaning, waste management, landscape maintenance, pest control, office & plant relocations, buildings service maintenance & asset/equipment maintenance, ensuring a safe and modern work environment that the business can continue to be proud of as we grow.
The Facilities & Maintenance Manager will have:
* Third level qualification and 3 years relevant experience as a facilities manager OR 6 years relevant experience as a facilities manager
* Proven track record of successful project management
* Experience in management and use of a maintenance works order system
* Good computer literacy and competencies in Office software systems
* Awareness of strategic and operational overview of environmental sustainability initiatives.
* Good working knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental legislation
* Good working knowledge of planning/government regulations
