They will be supporting supervisors and the Senior Administrator by taking phone calls from clients, parents/carers and staff and ensuring these enquires are followed up. With a knowledge of Microsoft Office software you will be required to send letters, create and amend spreadsheets, as well as research information such as schools opening, closing times and holidays. We are looking for candidate with: Excellent attention to detail Experience of working in an administrative environment, who is computer literate Data entry experience, and a good understanding of Excel spreadsheets.
