Clinical Pharmacist - Community Hospitals
We have an opportunity for a Band 6 /7 Clinical Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Team providing services to Oxford Health NHS FT Community Hospital wards in Oxfordshire. We are a small team working closely with patients and multi-disciplinary healthcare professionals to optimise medication use throughout the patient journey. We can offer a variety of flexible working solutions, including full, part-time, and sessional contracts.
This is a patient-facing role and the successful candidate will be working with the other members of the healthcare team on clinical sites. We offer excellent career progression opportunities and have a wide range of learning & development courses to support your journey with us. We'll encourage and support you to complete a post-graduate qualification in clinical pharmacy if you do not already have this.
