This school are currently looking for a passionate and motivated Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join their dynamic team and help support students with diverse learning needs. Role Overview: As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils with a variety of special educational needs. Working closely with our experienced SEN team, you will assist in the delivery of tailored learning programs, provide 1:1 and small group support, and help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and small group support to students with special educational needs, both in and out of the classroom. Assist in the preparation and delivery of differentiated learning activities and resources. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment, encouraging students to reach their full potential. Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and other professionals. Support students in their social and emotional development, helping them to build confidence and self-esteem. Collaborate with teaching staff, SEN coordinators, and other support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students. About You: We are looking for a graduate who is enthusiastic, compassionate, resilient and dedicated to supporting students with special educational needs. Ideal graduates will have: A degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A genuine interest in working with students with special educational needs. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students. Experience working with children or young people, particularly in an educational or support setting, would be beneficial but not essential.
