Teaching Assistant Role - FY4 Are you looking for flexible work in education? Are you available to provide day to day Teaching Assistant support? Start: January 2025 Hours: 8:30 – 15:30 or 15:45 Pay: £85 - £100 a day Here at Teaching Personnel, we are working with schools in Blackpool and the Fylde Coast to provide Teaching Assistant support to cover staff absences. The days can vary depending on the needs of the school and you must be available to confirm attendance by a phone call between 7am and 8am. The days can work around you and your commitment. This will build up your experience in school based settings working in a variety of different roles. Experience preferred but not essential. Experience supporting children or adults with SEN is desired. We are looking for bright, enthusiastic and resilient individuals to provide outstanding care and support. Some of your responsibilities will include: - Supporting all students when needed inside and outside the classroom - Working as part of a team - Following all policies and procedures - Setting up classrooms/activities to support learning and development - Reporting all observations and monitoring student behaviours - Supporting students with their well-being, development and medical needs - Working 1:1 or with small groups All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
