WHAT TO EXPECT
This role will be to look after the compliance of the Trim Maintenance departments, which consists of Internal and External Audits, Calibration of Equipment associated with maintenance, Organising and Raising training requests for the maintenance departments, Service level agreements, Budget control, Scorecard control, and Environmental/Legionella Rep for the Trim maintenance departments, ensuring the smooth running of the Trim Dc Tooling Department.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
1. Provide day-to-day support and guidance to the trim and final maintenance departments regarding compliance.
2. Support the Dc tooling supervisor in ensuring calibration of tools is maintained and reacting to any Dc tooling alerts.
3. Support the development of educational/training plans for maintenance personnel, including delivery of technical, safety, and process training programs.
4. Support the delivery of Health and Safety initiatives to maintain standards.
5. Day-to-day management of waste within maintenance operations and continually seek efficiencies.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1. Previous experience in a similar role, including experience of supervising maintenance operational teams to meet targets in Manufacturing.
2. Knowledge of compliance and audit processes.
3. Knowledge of Calibration.
4. A ‘Can-Do’ attitude; be conscientious and proactive, balancing many internal customer/business needs.
5. Relevant experience.
