Key Duties
1. Greet and serve customers in a friendly manner on arrival.
2. Conduct yourself professionally and adhere to My Time’s Code of Conduct and standards.
3. Follow Food Hygiene and Health & Safety Regulations when preparing, cooking, and delivering food.
4. Adhere to portion control, presentation standards, and food and drink labelling guidance.
5. Manage vending machines, ensuring they are fully stocked and assisting with filling them.
6. Operate cash registers accurately, following cash handling and financial procedures.
7. Accept deliveries, store items securely, and check against delivery notes.
8. Maintain a safe, clean, and warm F&B area for customers.
9. Undertake safety and cleaning inspections as required.
10. Keep work areas clean and presentable at all times.
11. Supervise front of house during functions, events, and societies.
12. Report defective services, equipment, and facilities to the manager.
13. Help conserve energy and minimize waste.
14. Wear a clean uniform with a name badge.
15. Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.
16. This role may involve lone working, team working, and key holding responsibilities.
Preference for candidates with experience in a busy bar setting; full training provided. Standards must be maintained at all times, including cleanliness and service quality.
The individual must be able to serve alcohol.
Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends is required.
