Requirements include:
Excellent communication skills with experience of engaging with people from a range of backgrounds face-to-face, by email, over the phone and the ability to converse with citizens and provide advice in accurate spoken English, or through a BSL interpreter.
Excellent organisational skills and a reliable nature.
Should be literate and numerate – able to closely follow and understand briefings and carry out work with minimal supervision.
