Its core aim is to provide for the continuum of special needs across the Eastern region. All SENDAT schools and alternate provisions have Trauma Informed practices embedded across the curriculum and SENDAT staff colleagues are given training and support to develop and use these skills in their day-to-day working.Due to expansion of additional classes an exciting opportunity has arisen for Special Teaching Assistants (STA) to join the Duke of Lancaster team. The successful candidates will support students at Duke of Lancaster, where the curriculum offer is designed around the needs of students. You will work as part of a close-knit and supportive SENDAT team to provide a safe and secure educational and caring environment for students with moderate learning difficulties.
