The role:
To support the achievement of our client’s business goals by adhering to all policies and procedures applicable to your job role and area of responsibility. To be responsible for assisting Account Managers with the service delivery of client accounts. To assist with a high level of communication and a pro-active approach to daily administrative tasks, etc.
Key requirements:
1. Assist the Account Management Team with daily administrative tasks (e.g. production of Job Bags, Production Reports, Stock Reports, Postage Dockets requests, client management information spreadsheets, etc.)
2. Assist with making up and checking of Sample Enclosing Packs (SEPs) and AB Sample Packs
3. The production of stock print/reprints, etc
4. Assist the Direct Mail Team with quote / subsequent quote requests
5. Raise Time and Sequences via Scheduling Department for new enquiries
6. Raise Purchase Orders for outwork production to be approved by main Account ...
