Field Coordinator Location: Sheffield Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual? We’re seeking a Field Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Sheffield and keep our field operations running smoothly. About the Role: As a Field Coordinator you will play a vital role in managing field cases, ensuring they are efficiently allocated and progressed according to service level agreements (SLAs). You'll handle pre-allocation checks, communicate with field agents, and keep field diaries up to date, all while ensuring work complies with legal timeframes. This is the perfect role for someone with an eye for detail who enjoys problem-solving and is comfortable working with spreadsheets and communicating with engineers and internal staff. Key Responsibilities: Communication: Answer and manage calls and emails from field agents, keeping them updated and resolving any queries. Pre-Allocation Checks: Ensure all visit requirements are met before cases are allocated. Work Allocation: Efficiently allocate cases to field agents and monitor progress to prevent delays. SLA & Compliance Monitoring: Make sure all cases adhere to legal and client SLAs and are handled within required timeframes. UK Geography: Use your knowledge of UK geography to efficiently manage field case allocations. What Are We Looking For? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Confident communicator—able to speak comfortably with engineers and internal teams over the phone. Familiarity with UK geography to assist in case allocations. Comfortable using Excel, with the ability to handle data and spreadsheets. Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus, but not essential. What’s in It for You?
