About Our Client
Our client is a global entity in the law & legal sector with offices across the UK and they are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their Leeds office on a 12 month FTC basis. This has the opportunity to be extended or go perm!
Job Description
As a Customer Service Administrator you will:
* Handle incoming calls & emails for clients
* Process checks and onboard new clients, i.e., conflict check requests, anti-money laundering.
* Provide assistance in responding to enquiries and ensure that the conflicts database is well maintained.
* Correspond with lawyers, of all levels, via telephone and email to obtain information.
* Liaise with internal teams to better assist the customer/client.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role:
* Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and maturity in taking responsibility for the work undertaken. A good level of Maths and English is required; undergraduate/further education is desirable.
* Have previous experience within a customer service environment.
* Possess a good working knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel.
* Be able to work from your own initiative and have an awareness of confidential/personal issues.
* Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Commit to a 12 month FTC.
