Project Coordinator - £123 - £146 per day - Shoreditch London 1 day per week - 8 month contract PAYE with possibility of extension
The audit team is looking for a project coordinator who will be responsible for assisting in day to day project activities such as: meeting minutes, documentation, plans, reports, directing tasks and controlling the schedule, maintenance of project databases, metrics etc.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing team projects/tasks; track deadlines, ensure deadlines are maintained.
2. Responsible for overall project schedule that enables the teams to be successful based upon the project milestones.
3. Monitors and reports on the progress of all project activity within the project including significant milestones.
4. Taking meeting minutes
5. Weekly update/report to the team on open items, meeting deadlines.
Basic Qualifications:
6. 2-3 years of project management experience
7. Experience in writing meeting minutes.
8. Proven ability to multitask and prioritise within a fast-paced environment.
9. Verbal and written communication skills in English
10. Ability to work independently while maintaining all deadlines and critical date obligations.
11. Effective time management and organisation skills
12. Demonstrated ability to establish processes, work-flows, standard procedures.
13. Proficiency in Word, Excel or any project management tool
