We are recruiting a HR Business Partner to provide HR support for Group wide projects in agreement with Senior HR Business Partner Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests. Candidate Overview We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience: At least three years HR Generalist experience Understand the objectives and overall strategy of the Group and the firm and strive to support these through the provision of HR support. Where required, with the Senior HR Business Partner, attend relevant leadership team meetings for allocated teams and lead on appropriate agenda items. Support the delivery and implementation of all people calendar activities in order to support the delivery of the teams people priorities. Support and encourage the process of career mapping for all individuals in the group and where appropriate, suggest the relevant leadership development programmes to enable informed promotion planning. In conjunction with the Senior HR Business Partner, ensure the annual performance review process is completed in a timely and fair manner; facilitate Group wide moderation to ensure a robust and consistent distribution of ratings. Encourage the pursuit of excellence in performance at all levels. Coach and influence managers from a people perspective, developing their people Take responsibility for the management of all core ER cases across the Group including; all sickness cases, flexible working requests, performance improvement plans, grievance and disciplinary processes Working closely with the central Recruitment team, provide proactive recruitment support within the Group, ensuring recruitment excellence is maintained at all times. With support from the Senior HR Business Partner and the wider HR team, support the implementation of the annual staff salary review process across the Group, from benchmarking and allocation to communication Working with the central Early Talent team, act as their primary point of contact for all trainee matters including performance / ER matters as well as seat moves and trainee allocations Work with the central Learning and Development team to ensure development programmes are relevant to Group needs and promoted accordingly What happens next?
