Main duties of the job You will be welcomed by the teams across the locality and will work alongside another enthusiastic, excellent Modern Matron. You will work as part of the leadership team including, General Manager, Service Managers, and Clinical leaders you will be line managed and managed by the Associate Director of Nursing and will also work with other Modern Matrons in the North Yorkshire York & Selby Care Group. You will be taking a lead on nursing and service development, assurance and supporting the identified teams in your portfolio in the CAMHS speciality with the transformation to ensure patient safety, excellent care and service development. You will be required to travel across the NYY&S locality. The post holder will be given a base at Northmoor House Northallerton or Orca House York.
