The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team as a Field Care Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and growth of our care assistants, ensuring they receive the highest standard of training and support.
You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring new care assistants, assisting the office team with recruitment, compliance, and customer reviews. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring our care assistants are equipped to provide exceptional support to our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing training programs for care assistants
* Supporting the branch team with auditing and compliance
* Conducting regular supervisions and spot checks with care assistants
* Meeting with customers to review care plans and ensure their needs are met
* Conducting risk assessments to ensure a safe and supportive environment
