How you will impact WestRock:
The Production Worker will safely perform a wide range of tasks, conducting quality checks, material setup, machine setup, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely, a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operate complex machinery and powered equipment.
What you need to succeed:
* Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific directions, operate powered equipment, and perform other duties as assigned
* Ability to work daily overtime, weekend work, and various shifts depending on your position
* Must be willing to work any available shift
* Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills
* Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
