Job Description
As an HR Document Consultant, you will:
* Manage relationships with a large volume of clients.
* Manage the documentation inbox, responding and actioning queries within the agreed SLA.
* Attend 4 meetings per day with different clients and industries.
* Be responsible for drafting client documentation.
* Meet personal and department KPIs and SLAs.
* Guide clients, provide advice, and answer queries related to all employment law/HR queries.
* Be confident speaking to clients via phone, email, and face-to-face on a daily basis.
* Refer appropriate products and services to clients.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful as an HR Document Consultant, you will need:
* A background in HR, Law, Sales, Contact Centre, or Recruitment (beneficial).
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Able to support and pro-actively meet KPIs.
* Able to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
* Able to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
* Able to provide a friendly, efficient, and seamless service to clients.
* Excellent written, documentation, and reporting skills.
* Knowledge of HR processes and legislation.
* The ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
* Comfort with selling products and generating new business.
* HR graduate, CIPD, or equivalent work experience (desirable).
