The Role:
As an English Language Graduate, you will play a vital role in nurturing students' language abilities and fostering a love for reading and writing. Your enthusiasm for English will help students develop strong communication skills, critical thinking, and a lifelong appreciation for literature.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in planning and delivering engaging and effective English lessons.
2. Use creative teaching methods to make language learning enjoyable and accessible.
3. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who need additional help.
4. Encourage students to express themselves confidently through writing and speaking.
5. Help prepare and organize teaching materials and resources.
6. Support teachers in monitoring and assessing students' progress.
7. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and motivated to learn.
8. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall development.
Requirements:
1. A degree in English Language or a related field.
2. A genuine passion for English and education.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, teachers, and parents.
4. Patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach to understanding and addressing the diverse needs of learners.
5. Ability to make language learning interesting and relevant to students.
6. Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
7. A proactive approach to professional development and continuous learning.
