Incorporated in the Supply Network Resiliency in Volvo Group, the Risk and Crisis team plays a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and managing potential risks and crises that may impact our organization. As part of the Risk and Crisis team, you will be involved on daily basis in activities that will secure performance and sustainability in Volvo Group resiliency. As TIER-N MANAGEMENT LEADER, will be responsible for mapping, analyzing, and optimizing our supply chain risk to ensure efficiency, find opportunities, and mitigate risks. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments. Your Key responsibilities will include the following activities: · Risk Management: · Identify potential risks within the supply chain, including supplier reliability, geopolitical issues, and transportation disruptions. · Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure supply chain resilience. · Monitor and report on supply chain risk factors and implement contingency plans as needed. · Sypply Chain mapping · Develop and maintain comprehensive supply chain maps that detail the flow of materials, information to end customers. · Identify key nodes and links within the supply chain and document their roles and interdependencies. · Use supply chain mapping tools and software to visualize and analyze supply chain networks. · Process Analysis and Improvement: · Conduct thorough analysis of supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. · Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance supply chain performance. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve supply chain visibility. · Data Analysis and Reporting: · Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. · Develop and maintain KPIs to track supply chain performance. · Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and improvement opportunities. · Technology and Innovation: · Stay up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and trends. · Implement and manage supply chain mapping and analysis tools. · Identify opportunities for innovation and automation within the supply chain. Qualifications : • Master’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in IT mapping tools and software and interested in AI deployment • Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
