Kingswood has 11 Residential Centre across the UK. We provide outdoor education to a variety of groups that book in with us. We have school groups, uniformed groups, SEN Groups, religious groups and more choose us to provide life changing experiences. Using high adrenaline and team building activities, we build up the groups life skills. Each role and each department at Kingswood plays a vital part to delivering the best residential experience!
As a Staffer, you will play a crucial role being responsible for creating and managing the staffing schedules for the Activity Department at the Colomendy Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Staff Rotas to meet the demands of our Activity Programs.
- Communicate with the Chief Instructor to understand any additional requirements
and adjust rotas accordingly
- Monitor and Manage staff availability, time-off requests and mandatory training
sessions
- Collaborate with other Centres and departments to address any challenges and
support
- Update and record on spreadsheets and use a software to organise and share
schedules efficiently
