Quality Compliance Executive
Location: Thames Valley Area, UK
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience up to £70,000 + 10% discretionary bonus!
Our client, a leading provider of cloud-based communication and customer engagement solutions, is seeking a Quality Compliance Executive to support its quality, environmental, and security certifications while ensuring regulatory compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in process management and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Policies, Processes & Procedures
1. Assist in implementing management strategies and plans aligned with certification requirements.
2. Establish and maintain the Compliance and Regulatory Calendar, ensuring all departments adhere to deadlines.
3. Ensure clear documentation of policies, processes, and procedures while tracking compliance evidence.
4. Coordinate internal audits of key processes and procedures.
5. Organize training and awareness programs for colleagues on Information Security, Data Privacy, and Compliance.
6. Liaise with the People Team to ensure all employees are regularly trained on Quality, Security, Environmental, and Privacy standards as per regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement & Risk Management
1. Support the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
2. Proactively identify and report compliance risks, allowing leadership sufficient time to mitigate any issues.
3. Maintain and update a comprehensive Risk Register for the entire business.
4. Coordinate and participate in review meetings related to risk management and compliance.
ISO Certifications & External Audits
1. Act as the operational coordinator for all ISO and other industry certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 22301, 27001, PCI-DSS).
2. Liaise with external certification bodies to maintain compliance and schedule annual audit visits.
3. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure full preparedness for external audits.
Key Requirements
1. Proven experience in managing ISO or other regulatory certifications.
2. Strong background in process management and administration.
3. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to drive continuous improvements.
5. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
6. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
7. Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in Quality Systems.
8. A passion for security, compliance, and regulatory excellence.
