Salary: £14.25 per hour
We are currently looking to recruit a strong, experienced and dynamic Cleaning Manager to oversee the running of this prestigious high-volume site. This site demands a cleaning Manager with the right attitude, determination and experience to deal with a site of this magnitude.
Working Pattern:
1. 40 Hours per week
2. Monday to Sunday
3. 10pm - 6am

The Role:
1. Contract Auditing - Carry out Quality Audits as per schedule and per company policy
2. Client Contact - Meet with Clients as per schedule. Complete client contact sheet
3. Assisting with Payroll when needed - Monthly Checking of Report
4. Uniforms - checking all staff are in full uniform
5. Machine Repairs - Must complete machine Repair report and send to central admin
6. Assisting the operations manager with Induction Training - All new starts and staff moving sites must get induction training as per induction training list
7. Daily Staff Management - Unplanned absence sickness/ no shows as per agreed central admin process
8. Holiday Cover - Assist the area supervisor with Approving or not approving as per staff engagement APP, cover sickness and holidays cleaning on sites.
9. Stock Ordering
10. Employee Appreciation - identify those within the operations who warrant specific recognition to line Manager
11. Ensuring all members of staff are completing their roles to the best of their abilities including checking each of their areas on an adhoc basis
The Person:
1. 2 years' experience as a Cleaning Manager with a strong and progressive career background within the industry
2. Proven experience of working within multi-site operations
3. Be an extremely strong manager with the proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a large team
4. Experience of 24 hour, high volume cleaning
5. Confident in liaising with clients as well as leading presentations and meetings
6. Have excellent financial acumen and be able to prove this at interview level
7. Hands on approach in all areas of cleaning
8. Genuinely passionate about their field
9. Able to think logistically and work under pressure whilst remaining calm and professional at all times
