Parexel are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Strategist on a temporary basis for a 6 – 12-month contract. In this role, dedicated to a single sponsor, the Recruitment Strategist (RS) will support the development of study and programmatic recruitment strategies and oversee the execution of those strategies by the Patient Recruitment Specialist (PRS). This will be a fully remote home-based position. Some specifics about this advertised role Gathers patient insights and manages protocol simulations for multiple patient recruitment projects. Supports Study Optimization Leadership on special projects. Partners with Clinical Operations for the patient recruitment strategy team. Works independently to deliver a final analysis for potential inputs for the clinical protocol. Serves as study level escalation point for issues and vendor requirements. Leads and/or participates in global initiatives to improve operational efficiencies. Here are a few requirements specific to this advertised role. Experience: 7 years of pharmaceutical research experience with at least 5 years of experience specifically in patient recruitment related area at provider, Contract Research Organization (CRO), or sponsor company - ideally, all three areas. Knowledge of patient recruitment strategies and tactics including, but not limited to, direct-to-patient outreach, digital/mobile and traditional, Site Management Organizations (SMO), advocacy groups, patient networks, and on-site support. Experience in the creation, tracking, and reporting of metrics and key performance indicators (KPI). Experience in collaborating with legal and privacy officers to ensure processes and systems are compliant. Bachelor’s degree in business or science. Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English. Effective verbal and written communication skills in relating to colleagues and associates both inside and outside the organization. Well-developed planning, observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication of problems/issues along with action plans or alternatives for resolution.
