It’s a unique opportunity to lead policy and influencing at a critical time for NYAS and the children and adults we serve. As Director of Policy and Influencing, you will play a pivotal role in helping us demonstrate the impact of our work and influence decisions that matter. What You’ll Be Doing Driving Change Through Evidence: Use your research expertise to gather and analyse quantitative and qualitative data that shapes policy and improves lives. Influencing at the Highest Level: Develop key relationships with Government departments, policymakers, and research partners to put the rights of children and vulnerable adults at the forefront of the national agenda. Turning Insights into Action: Translate complex research and policy findings into powerful, accessible messaging that inspires change. Building NYAS’s Voice: Lead campaigns, lobby effectively, and influence Government decisions to ensure every child and young person’s voice is heard.
