We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Group Revenue Manager to join our team, providing revenue management to our group of hotels across the Highlands of Scotland. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry, particularly within restaurants and hotels. This role is pivotal in optimising revenue streams through effective pricing strategies, inventory management, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Optimisation: Develop and implement strategies to maximise room occupancy and overall revenue.
2. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and performance metrics to inform pricing strategies.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and front desk teams to align on revenue targets and promotional activities.
4. Forecasting: Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and contribute to the annual budgeting process.
5. Reporting: Generate regular reports on revenue performance and present findings to senior management.
Qualifications:
1. Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
2. Experience: Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry.
3. Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with revenue management software.
4. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.
5. Adaptability: Ability to respond swiftly to market changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
