As Sales Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the Belfast sales team and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From handling customer queries and processing orders to coordinating deliveries and supporting major accounts, you'll be the go-to person that keeps things on track.

The Role
* Customer Support: Handle incoming phone calls and emails, provide after-sales assistance, and respond to customer queries with professionalism and care.
* Order Management: Raise customer orders (COs), scan and maintain records, and ensure accuracy in contract review and order acknowledgements.
* Account Support: Act as a key point of contact for major accounts, helping to monitor stock levels, process purchase orders, and keep customers informed of updates or changes.
* Logistics Coordination: Work with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure deliveries are met on time and stock is managed effectively.
* Compliance & Quality: Support the Quality Management System by maintaining accurate documentation, following procedures, and ensuring all necessary certifications are scanned and stored.
* Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams, customers, and suppliers - always representing the company's values and reputation.
* Financial Admin: Assist with taking customer payments, chasing overdue invoices, and supporting healthy cash flow.
The Person
* Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role within a sales or industrial environment is desirable.
* Organisation: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a positive and approachable attitude.
* Team Player: Collaborative mindset, willing to pitch in and support others when needed.
* IT Skills: Competent in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning internal systems such as CRMs and document management software.
