Your role will be to empower them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential in a trauma-informed setting. What You'll Do: Build positive, nurturing relationships with young people, helping them navigate complex emotions and behaviours. Assist with daily routines, medication administration, and ensure the well-being of each young person. Organise and participate in recreational activities that foster a supportive atmosphere and promote healing. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and the best outcomes for the young people you support. Experience and Dedication: Previous experience providing emotional and behavioural support is highly desirable, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential. Qualifications: A willingness to work towards or a current qualification in QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
