Description
Are you passionate about delivering great customer service? We're looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our Snodland aftersales team!
What You'll Be Doing
* Be the first point of contact for customers experiencing issues with their recently purchased vehicle.
* Book customer appointments and ensure all necessary parts are available for your vehicle technicians.
* Provide daily updates to customers about their vehicle’s progress.
* Work closely with dedicated vehicle technicians to ensure a smooth aftersales experience.
* Oversee the maintenance of courtesy cars, including tax, MOT, and PDI checks.
* Maintain a tidy and organised workshop area.
What We're Looking For
* Full UK Driving Licence Essential
* Strong customer service experience (motor trade background preferred but not essential).
* Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
* Organised, proactive, and able to problem-solve.
* Mechanical knowledge is a bonus but not required.
