The ideal candidate: Front of house/customer service experience is desirable but not essential Should take pride in the work you do and the food we deliver Will follow appropriate food and general hygiene standards at all times Must be willing to complete a basic food hygiene certificate if they do not already hold one Must act in line with our company values to help the team grow Willingness to or already undertaking a food/catering related course is desirable but not essential The Responsibilities Coffee making –including gourmet hot chocolates and other hot drinks we offer Counter service – including sandwiches, paninis, cakes and scones Basic food preparation – including filled jacket potatoes, pizzas and paninis Till operation – processing transactions and taking payments Table clearing – maintaining presentation of the restaurant, clearing tables, sweeping floors Maintaining general cleanliness throughout the day Assisting with opening and closing – preparation, set up, clearing and cleaning Completing compliance records – checking & recording temperatures, allergy information and dates This list, although comprehensive, is not limited.
