You will be joining the team at a critical period as we scale our marketing efforts, predominantly in the US and UK, to increase new business and client retention with the world’s top employers.
Role Purpose
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing client marketing campaigns, ensuring impactful communication, and using data insights to optimize strategies.
What you will be doing?
Things move fast at nudge, and we are always learning. This means we need to stay agile, meaning the responsibilities of a role are never set in stone.
Responsibilities
* Manage and execute client marketing campaign strategy and engagement plans with research and previous campaign insights to achieve targets.
* Tactical execution and management of client communications and events to achieve impactful results.
* Multimedia asset creation to support campaigns, including copywriting, and briefing design and other providers.
* Support on client advocacy strategy and integrated communications plan to demonstrate impact and ROI.
* Client channel management and execution: email, social, client hub.
* Support and execute nudge client events, including webinars, in-person advocacy roundtables, and annual awards.
* Strong collaboration between marketing and client team to create and implement strategic campaigns.
* Use data to track client campaign performance and measure key metrics. Analyse campaign data to identify trends, optimise strategies, and improve results.
* Prepare regular reports on campaign activities and performance for internal stakeholders and meetings.
* Excellent CRM management and optimisation.
* Knowledge of the most effective marketing tools for client communications and engagement.
Skills and experience
To help you do all this, you will need:
* 3+ years’ experience in a SaaS marketing role.
* BSc/MSc degree or recognised accreditation in Marketing to understand broader marketing mix and how to optimise for results.
* Employee benefits or HR Tech experience.
* Experienced in HubSpot CRM and understanding of Umbraco.
* End-to-end campaign management experience (full-funnel marketing).
* Copywriting experience and the ability to work with internal/external content and creative teams.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (HubSpot).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
