As a Programme Manager you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students by: Leading the management of the operation and development of the Curriculum within a defined programme area. Leading the management of Learning, Teaching, and Assessment (LTA) of programmes to ensure students experience high quality teaching and learning. Representing your department/function at local and Group levels Ensuring the effective management and performance of your team within the directorate and oversee a high-quality provision from the team Ensuring the achievement of both TBCG and departmental strategies and workplans Ensuring all Statutory requirements, policies and procedures are in place and effectively communicated, implemented and followed by all employees of TBCG Carrying out all aspects of the role in line with TBCG culture and values Ensuring the student experience is kept at the heart of everything your Directorate does About you: A degree in specialist subject area (HSC or Science) or relevant industry experience and professional standing.
