Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Stock and Trade Equipment Co-ordinator to manage our incoming stock of assets, ensure accurate reporting for the sales team, and maintain up-to-date market valuations.
Development of our ‘We Buy Your Forklift’ Site to acquire more second-hand forklift leads for stock purchases.
The successful candidate will be responsible for stock disposal to trade customers and will need to develop existing relationships and form new trade connections.
Duties
Stock Management and Valuation
Asset Intake and Reporting
* Manage the intake process for all incoming stock of forklifts and related equipment.
* Ensure all assets are accurately recorded with comprehensive information for reporting to the sales team.
Market Analysis
* Stay current with market trends and values of forklifts to inform purchasing and sales strategies.
* Research and analyse market data to determine appropriate buying and selling prices.
Stock Valuation
* Conduct regular stock valuations and prepare detailed reports for the manager.
* Monitor and report on stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory management.
Sales and Trade Channels
Asset Disposition
* Identify and establish new trade channels to sell assets that are no longer suitable for end-user sales.
* Develop and maintain relationships with trade partners and channels to maximize asset disposition opportunities.
Education
* Good General Education in Literacy & Numeracy.
Qualifications
* Literacy and Numeracy, IT, operations management.
Experience
* 2 years’ experience working in relevant operations with a knowledge of trade purchasing, stock management, and a good understanding of profit and loss. Previous sales experience a benefit.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
Additional Pay:
* Commission pay.
