Partner with the best
The MRP Planner (d/f/m) is responsible for allocating, monitoring, and releasing demand to make sure that material is available to meet the Production Schedule and Customer deliverables. The role will be part of our Manufacturing Planning Team. This role will oversee and manage the material availability for our manufacturing facility; identify any potential risks and mitigate any production downtime.
As a MRP Material Planner (d/f/m), you will be responsible for:
1. Reviewing the ERP system daily, ensuring material quantities are available to execute the project as per BOM. This includes converting ERP (Oracle ASCP) suggested requirements into purchase requisitions.
2. Supporting Master Production Scheduler to ensure material is available to meet the manufacturing plan or highlighting risks and lead to issue resolution.
3. Acting as an interface between the project and procurement teams, and production planners, supporting all departments in order to minimise loss of time in Manufacture.
4. Analysing and monitoring inventory levels to ensure continuous material flow to manufacturing operations, while supporting business cash flow targets.
5. Coordinating the resolution of problems and maintaining the ASCP dates through regular communication with Production Control and Master Scheduler.
6. Managing data quality on the ERP system.

To be successful in this role you will:
1. Have a High School Diploma with proven experience in Material Planning.
2. Have prior experience of MRP / ERP systems, with desired experience with Oracle ASCP.
3. Have a Knowledge of Engineering BOM structures.
4. Have communication, influencing, and organizational skills.
5. Have sound computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Power Point etc.
