Major civils organisation, operating across various sectors, including HV, utilities and telecoms, requires an Internal Recruitment Lead as the company continues its impressive growth. The Talent Lead will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, as well as guiding two team members, as well as nurturing strong relationships with external recruitment partners on their preferred supplier list. Responsibilities: Create effective recruitment strategies to support business growth Enhance the company's brand in the marketplace through promoting company as an employer of choice Develop in-house capabilities to improve level of direct recruitment Develop strong relationships with external recruitment partners, regularly review their performance Negotiate terms and conditions with PSL Work closely with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions accurately reflect the job requirement Maintain KPIs to show cost of hires, time of hires, recruitment sources etc Ensure applicant tracking system is regularly updated, accurate and fit for purpose Ensure compliance with legal requirements Assist hiring managers with interview advice, preparation and selection Advertise all requirements Make sure feedback is supplied to direct applicants and PSL agencies in a timely and professional manner Set up interviews with applicants, line managers and recruitment agencies Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment Assist HR team to ensure onboarding process runs smoothly We are looking for a self-motivated, reliable, enthusiastic recruitment professional with excellent organisational, communication and time-management skills, who can work under pressure to deliver excellent results. Previous experience recruiting within the construction or engineering sectors is required (internal or external), as is an understanding of IR35 and other relevant legislation.
