Job summary The Children's Speech and Language Therapy team in Central have some exciting opportunities within our mainstream services. We are seeking enthusiastic therapists to join our team to work in mainstream schools in the Crawley/Horsham and Mid Sussex areas. Our Mainstream service can support you to develop a wide range of skills to manage very diverse needs within schools but with more emphasis on language and speech difficulties. We work within the balanced model to provide Speech and Language support at universal, targeted and specialist levels. The Central team consists of 45 staff working in different clinical areas. The team are approachable and keen to support each other, B7 clinical leads provide supervision with additional support for staff from Band 7s Leads in SSCs, EYS, Deafness and our Neurodevelopmental Pathway for clinical advice and second opinions.
