Our QSC team is responsible for the manufacturing and delivery of products in the fast-moving consumer health industry. During your placement, you’ll have the opportunity to: Program Management of MITx Micro Masters Programs: You'll play a key role in motivating and supporting our global learners (around 200), leading the application and selection process for new intakes, coordinating launch events, and assessing the return on investment. Support for Early Talent Programs: Assist in organising development activities for graduates in the Quality and Supply Chain (QSC) team. Develop a Capability Framework: Collaborate with business leaders and learning experts to design and roll out a framework that builds technical skills across the entire supply chain. Culture and Engagement: Help generate and facilitate events that encourage curiosity and empower individuals in their learning and career development. This includes organising webinars, podcasts, networking opportunities, and marketing campaigns. Data Analysis and Governance: Maintain data and information to deliver meaningful insights on key people and performance metrics. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside various business and HR teams at our global manufacturing sites to support key initiatives, such as leadership development programs. Education Requirements : We welcome applications from all degree disciplines however, degrees in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business are particularly advantageous for this placement. If you are studying for your Undergraduate Degree, you must be in your 2nd year of study (England) or 3rd year of study (Scotland) and seeking to complete a year in industry in partnership with your university. We’re looking for someone with an agile mindset, who is curious and adaptable to changing needs. You'll need strong personal accountability, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering results. Please ensure the role is suitable for your placement year.
