- THE ROLE -
The Section Leader of Ulster University’s Employee Wellbeing team is a fantastic opportunity to work within Ulster University’s People & Culture Directorate, and mould the wellbeing services provided to the staff within our four campuses.
The Section Leader will be the senior professional practitioner within the Employee Wellbeing section, and will lead the members of that section to ensure that an agile, professional service is delivered to Ulster University’s employees.
While identifying, prioritising, delivering, and assessing the effectiveness of the Employee Wellbeing Section’s services, the Section Leader will develop and deliver action plans, frameworks, and approaches in alignment with the university’s People, Place, and Partnership strategy.
- ABOUT YOU -
A leader within the fields of absence-management, HR, or wellbeing services in a large, complex organisation, you will be able to rely on your experience of aligning employee wellness with the organisation’s objectives.
Essential qualifications include a Degree and eligibility for Chartered membership of CIPD or another relevant professional body by examination and experience.
