There is an exciting opportunity to help in supporting the educational agenda for the nursing staff within the emergency department. This role will ideally be combined with clinical shifts to ensure clinical credibility and support to the department. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven member of staff who has experience teaching either formally or informally and wishes to progress in this are and has a passion for education and training., As a clinical nurse educator you will support the professional development of the clinical teams - this will include facilitating in-house training days, local inductions, responding to identified need, contributing to the design, delivery and evaluation of education and training.To apply it is expected that you will have a minimum of 2 years post registration qualification, 2 years experience in an a large ED and have the mentorship course or equivalent.
