The Sales Negotator role is ideally suited to someone who has a can-do attitude and who has previous sales experience (property experience is preferred however not essential). Key responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator: You will be responsible for dealing with day-to-day sales enquiries. Generating, organising and conducting property viewings. Keeping all potential buyers up to date regarding new properties. Work alongside the Branch Manager in promoting the business. Negotiating offers with vendors and buyers in a professional manner. Identifying new business opportunities within the local market. Regular client liaison, ensuring all feedback is relayed back to the vendors. Passionate about providing first class customer service and developing professional relationships. Required skill sets for Sales Negotiator: Proven track record in a sales, property experience is preferred however not essential. A proactive and positive attitude. Highly motivated to build and develop the department. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to handle multiple tasks. A full UK driving licence. Benefits and packages: A competitive basic salary of £25,000. A generous commission of 10% of completed sales - £70,000 - £80,000 OTE. Discretionary annual bonus. Rewards for great work.
