Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Frome who are actively looking to recruit Packing Team Leader to join the team.
What you will be doing:
* Supervise the team and allocate workload to ensure the daily quota of product is packed in time ready for dispatch.
* Work closely with the Production Manager and internal department supervisors.
* Ensure that all products are packed to company quality standards and checks are carried out for any defects.
What you will need to succeed:
* Effective Team Leading/Supervisory experience, preferably in production/manufacturing.
* Excellent organisation and planning skills.
* Previous experience with Shopify and ShipStation is highly desirable.
* Ability to prioritise workload.
* Organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to lead, train, and delegate.
* Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
What you will receive in return:
* £28,000 to £31,000 per annum DOE
* Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM
