As a future Associate – Global Consultant Relations, you will report to Head of Global Consultant Relations, and you will be part of AXA IM Core Client Group.

To be an active member of Global Consultant Relations team with specific responsibilities for a few UK consultants, while providing support for our expanding our relationships with key consultants globally.
Your role and responsibilities will include:
* Be responsible for the AXA IM Core’s relationship with a few UK consultants with the aim of getting / maintaining buy ratings and monetising them
* Support senior members of the team in managing of the existing relationships with key global consultants
* Assisting in the preparation of consultant meetings and RFPs (pitches, due diligences, quarterly reviews, RFPS, ad-hoc queries)
* Analysing data related to consultant interactions and contributing to the development of consultant-focused initiatives
* Further develop/enhance existing client and consultant relationships
* Work closely with the sales teams across various regions (primarily UK) to build profile with field consultants
* Building strong internal relationships with the Investment teams and other relevant internal functions
* Ensure all client documentation is up to date and in line with Group and Regulatory standards
* Adhere to AXA IM’s Risk and Control Policy and follow AXA IM’s standard policies and procedures.
* Perform other tasks and projects as assigned from time to time

Your qualifications and experience:
* Relevant sales or consultant relationships experience within UK Market including having worked in a UK consultant
* Relationships in the UK institutional market
* Ability to identify business opportunities, initiate contact and close new business
Your knowledge and skills:
* A good understanding of investment markets and associated products across the increasingly broad spectrum of investment strategies available to Institutional clients
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to deliver high-quality presentations to a broad range of clients
* Good understanding of fixed income markets, sustainability and impact strategies
* Having a proactive attitude
* Self-starter with the ability to collaboratively work as part of a team.
