As a Product Imagery Co-ordinator within our Product & Data Team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that the product imagery and instruction manuals we hold are of high quality, accurate and meets the required standards set by Screwfix.

Responsibilities
1. Working effectively with other departments to gather images and other assets, working to tight deadlines
2. Ensuring assets follow internal guidelines, are formatted and named accurately and uploaded in a timely manner
3. Take responsibility for the product imagery in designated categories and maintaining imagery across the product life cycle
4. Maintaining the Screwfix image systems and performing regular housekeeping
5. Support the development of internal processes and systems, including testing where required
6. Effectively manage own workloads and priorities to ensure SLAs are met
7. Proofing printed publications to ensure all imagery featured is accurate and consistent
8. Brief external photography agencies for new cut out photography where required
9. Respond to image enquiries and questions from the rest of the business
10. Suggest and delivering improvements to our image processes, to improve efficiency and accuracy
11. At the request of the Product Imagery Manager, working on ad-hoc projects to change/improve the ways in which we collect and manage images.
12. Support other team members in dealing with escalated issues and problems
13. Collaborates with colleagues to support team delivery, helping and assisting together with sharing knowledge
14. Thinking ‘outside the box’, challenging the norm when looking at solving problems
Qualifications
15. Experience in working within a fast-paced and deadline driven environment is essential
16. Experience in successfully managing many internal and external relationships is essential.
17. Experience in successfully managing a changing and multi-tasking workload is essential.
18. Experience in working within an image production environment is desirable
19. Strong Adobe Photoshop skills as well as a good understanding of Microsoft applications including Excel
20. Excellent communication skills both orally and written.
21. Excellent interpersonal skills – the ability to influence and negotiate with colleagues to ensure task completion as well as listening to ensure complete understanding.
22. To work as part of a team, with self-drive and motivation, consistently demonstrating a positive attitude.
