Architectural Technologist Job in Central London
An expanding practice in Central London now has an Architectural Technologist job available! With several long-term conservation projects underway, they are looking to add Architectural Technologists to the team. With their projects being featured in several industry and lifestyle publications regularly, the practice's portfolio of projects ranges from beautiful historic buildings and private homes to commercial properties and interiors in the UK and internationally.
Due to office expansion and a growing portfolio in the high-end London market, they now require Architectural Technologists to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
Role & Responsibilities
1. To work on bespoke, high-end conservation and heritage projects throughout London and the UK
2. Projects are varied and these will include historic buildings, London estates, large country estates, grade-listed buildings, and more
3. Working across RIBA stages 2 - 6
4. Produce detailed hand drawings
5. Work alongside other Architectural Technologists and Architects on projects
6. Speaking with and dealing with clients, including site visits and surveys
7. Carry out project research
8. Produce high-quality design and technical drawings, with detailed joinery fittings in a traditional style.
Required Skills & Experience
9. Experience in bespoke detailing on traditional, high end or classical projects
10. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
11. Must have relevant UK project experience
12. Qualified and trained as an Architectural Technician, Technologist, or Architect
13. Contract administration is a bonus
14. Passion for classical and traditional architecture
15. Experience in the preservation and refurbishment of historic buildings
16. Experience using ArchiCAD would be beneficial but not essential, full training will be provided.

17. Salary of £32,000 - £48,000 DOE
