We are looking for Installation Operatives to join our rapidly expanding client based in Thatcham. This is a full-time, permanent role for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for preparing the sites and performing the installation of bus shelters for county councils and clients. This role does require manual labour and some heavy lifting.
Shift:
* Monday to Friday
* 40 hours per week
* Overtime available
Salary:
* £14.85 per hour
Responsibilities:
* Perform groundworks and site preparation before, during, and after installation.
* Assemble bus shelters and install related accessories on-site as required.
* Safely operate tools and equipment for the installation process.
* Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including lifting and handling procedures.
* Complete manual labour tasks, including some heavy lifting.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
* Communicate with supervisors regarding any site issues or material requirements.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the worksite during and after the installation.
Requirements:
* Clean, Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
* CSCS is preferable not not essential.
* Groundworks, Construction or Site Work Experience is beneficial.
* Reliable and enthusiastic team member.
* NRSWA Qualification is preferable.
