This is a exciting opportunity to join a successful, high performing Digital Team, in an ambitious Council that is always striving to move forward. Our Digital Services Team have transformed the way we deliver our services and are reflecting the new ways of working with the use of Digital, Data and Technology.
We are looking for an experienced PMO Analyst or someone with the relevant skills to join our Digital Delivery and Governance team to provide governance, assurance and reporting on several exciting digital and technology projects across our digital portfolio. The role will be responsible for producing effective PMO processes, collating and monitoring key project data, providing expertise and managing the preparation of management information to enable effective decision-making across projects.
The PMO Analyst will also develop and embed PMO practices, policies and standards, including governance, quality assurance, risk management, budget management and reporting. The PMO Analyst will also have a primary role in centralising PMO artefacts within SharePoint, be familiar with Microsoft Office and using PPM systems.
You’ll thrive using both waterfall and agile methods and enjoy working openly and collaboratively with other members of staff within Digital Services, including Project Managers, Business Analysts and Change Managers. Above all, you want to make Enfield better, which may sometimes involve challenging the status quo.
